How Often Should You Get a Manicure or Pedicure?
The right frequency depends on what you want out of the appointment — upkeep or a one-off polish.

For ongoing nail and cuticle health, every 2-3 weeks keeps both hands and feet consistently well maintained — cuticle care in particular benefits from a regular cycle rather than occasional attention. If you're mainly booking for polish before an event, there's no strict rule, but timing it 1-2 days before rather than the morning of gives polish time to fully cure and reduces the risk of smudging in transit. Feet generally need less frequent attention than hands unless you're dealing with rougher heels or calluses, in which case a pedicure every 3-4 weeks makes a more visible difference over time.
