Threading and waxing both remove hair from the follicle, which is why both last longer than shaving and both tend to make regrowth finer over time. The difference is precision versus efficiency. Threading uses twisted cotton thread to lift individual hairs with very tight control, which is exactly why it's the standard choice for eyebrows and fine facial hair — you can shape a precise line that a wax strip simply can't replicate. Waxing removes hair in broader sections, which makes it far more time-efficient for larger areas like arms, legs, or the back, where precision matters less than coverage and how long the result lasts. A simple rule of thumb: face and brows, think threading; body and larger areas, think waxing. If you're not sure which your particular concern calls for, ask when you book — sensitivity and hair thickness in the specific area can shift the recommendation either way.
