Skin is more sensitive right after threading. Avoid direct sun, hot showers, saunas and perfumed products on the treated area for a few hours, and skip makeup on freshly threaded skin until any redness settles — usually within an hour or two. Mild redness or small bumps are normal immediately after and typically fade quickly.
